Our Focus is You
Compassionate, Genuine
Health Care.
A true continuum of care. Blue Skies is a Life Plan Community offering all levels
of care on-site if and when needed.
Certified Nursing Assistant
Blue Skies of Texas offers a unique opportunity to get into the healthcare field through our Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) education program. This 7-week program consists of 4 weeks of classroom instruction that includes the basics of nursing care and CNA tasks, followed by 2 weeks of clinical experience, allowing students to apply what they have learned. The final week is set aside for students to practice the clinical portion of the state exam while the instructor assists in scheduling the exam and any other preparation needed. BST employees interested in attending the CNA program must have worked on our campus for a minimum of 6 months, be in good standing, and receive supervisor approval to qualify.

We found our ‘Forever Home’ at Blue Skies of Texas!
It is the best and friendliest senior living value that we visited.
We moved here to find the best of both worlds! Moving here while
still able to live independently, we have taken the hard task of
providing future care decisions as we age, off our children’s plate.
Our first reaction was that this looked like home.
